Production times

Because our items are printed and prepared specifically for each order, production times apply before dispatch:

• Clothing (t-shirts, hoodies, apparel):
  Printed and prepared within up to 5 working days
• Mugs and similar items:
  Printed and prepared within up to 3 working days

Orders containing a mix of items will be dispatched once all items are ready, based on the longest production time in the order.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes:

• 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Postage costs

Postage and packaging costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

Charges reflect:

• Secure packaging
• Printing and fulfilment handling
• Tracked UK delivery
